<p>I think they will definitely be considering your ECs, but remember that this is an academically focused school. Nothing will be more important than the fact that they feel like you took a rigorous enough curriculum at your CC to prove that you can handle the workload here. Make sure you write a very compelling explanation for those Ws.</p>
<p>As far as the 33% acceptance rate goes: again, most of those are transfers from other 4 year schools. Their CC acceptance rate it much lower. I think in my transfer class there were maybe half a dozen students out of about 200 that came from CC after completing their associates. </p>
<p>I’m not saying don’t apply - do. But just make sure that you understand what those numbers are telling you.</p>
