<p>UCs don’t have much money to give to OOS students. Any FA package will include loans which is possible for you as a citizen.</p>

<p>Anyways, guys thanks for all the comments. I’m officially closing this thread. What will come will come and I’m sure I’ll land at the college which will make me happy.
