<p>I doubt that your chances are very good. In addition to an ACT score in the lower 25%, you will also have to overcome a subpar TOEFL score:</p>

We recommend TOEFL scores of at least a 600 on the paper-based TOEFL (PBT), 250 on the Computer Based TOEFL (CBT), or 100 on the Internet-based TOEFL (iBT). For the Class of 2009, the average TOEFL scores for enrolled freshman were 630 (PBT) and 267 (CBT).

ECs bothersome. Hard to be excited about your ECs if you yourself are “too lazy” to post them. </p>

<p>Finally, I suspect your odds would be better as a dual citizen. A duel citizen sounds a bit threatening.</p>

<p>FYI … I am very sensitive to the fact that English is not your first language, but to help you when filling out applications etc. in the future, make sure you use the correct term “dual citizen”. Otherwise people might think you want to start a sword or gun fight!</p>

(Doesn’t it seem odd that, out of all the anxious BC applicants posting here on CC, he is the only one who has received his letter already?) It doesn’t matter, though, as he supposedly committed to Tulane yesterday:</p>
