I’m REALLY nervous and I really really want to get into UCSD because i’ve heard so many great things about it, and I love the location.

pleaseee can someone chance me? I would really like alternate opinions…
and I’m not trying to sound like some whiny freak…I just would really appreciate input.

Go to the link below, click on "Custom Tables, answer a few questions, and enter GPA, overall test score, etc. for your official chances based on UC stats:

and also does anyone know whether you have to report all AP scores on the UC app? Because I did really bad on one ap, and I really don’t want to put it on my app.

ucsd23,
i think you do report all AP scores. you don’t want to hide anything, and i don’t think administrators will look down at you for doing badly on one ap exam. be honest and send them all in, you don’t want to risk anything

as for chances, i think you will make it! your uc gpa is same as mine (mine’s a 3.72), but you have really good chances with that great SAT score! your ecs and awards are similar to mine, lol! music, science research, a president of a club… You will be fine!

^ Yes, visit!
You’re in, I’d say. I know many friends of mine had similar stats and they are doing fine here.
You DO report all AP scores since CollegeBoard sends them in officially as well. The admissions council will in no way look down upon you, AP scores are mostly helpful when you register for classes, because they give you units which give you an earlier enrollment time. I know many people here who got 1s or 2s on AP tests.

shoot i only saw this after i sent it in, and I didn’t report one of my ap scores, but i sent in all my scores.
will that hurt me?
and thanks guys for the kind replies!
