6 classes ea sem x 4 sem over 2 yrs x 4.0 (assuming all As for ease of calculation b/c you only had 1 B) - 1 for the B + 8 extra pts for the honors/AP classes / 24 (the 6 classes x 4 sem = 24) = 4.2916666

“Rediculous” Reach

1,155 posts later, he still can’t look at a computer screen and correctly type 4 letters…PDEF, gracias amigo
PS “rediculous” spelled based on SBC’s character Bruno…watch Da Ali G show before you step up in my grill

no offense, you sound “ridiculous” right now. the whole “step up” thing makes you sound like a total moron, you don’t need to push out your chest on the internet. I hope the arrogance is sarcastic, but judging by your apparent need to defend yourself I’d say it’s unlikely :). On topic, I’d say your SAT’s are rather low. My sister had a friend who applied this year with better stats, and much better SAT’s who didn’t make it. Hopefully you can raise it and put some nice APs together. Hope my mean post doesn’t discourage you!

Don’t let the number of a member’s post indicate anything. It is simply a number, and it doesn’t correspond to anything about the amount of information or the amount of help given in this forum. That was off tangent, but why is everything nowadays quantitiatively judged?

You must have overreacted to reach status. I’m sure you would have not posted if I wrote rediculous match.

On a positive note, your SAT needs to be higher to compete with other applicants. Your EC are fine, but see flopsy’s post to see your status. Best of luck.
