UNC CH is very good for computer science.
13/31 seems low for “UIUC, CMU, Cornell, Columbia, Duke, Rice, Harvey Mudd”.
I do not think that I would take on debt for CS for most of these schools if I could attend UNC-CH without taking on debt.
