Most have already been listed and his chances are more questionable it sounded like. UF, UCF, FSU all great for Jewish population but will his gpa get him into those? He listed Ohio State so not sure where that one came in?
Bright Futures would be great but then says unlimited budget so OP may need to get what the true budget is.
LoyNO being right next to the more highly rejective Tulane would have a decent number of Jewish students around thus that was my top oos pick if money truly is no object.
FAU seems the best bet in state which OP seems to understand.
