<p>Regarding your question about legacies at Penn, they do take legacy status into consideration. I visited Penn last weekend and the admissions officer who ran the info session basically said that they likes to form familial bond through Penn and strengthen the family to university relationship. The way I see it, if you’re on the edge and you’re a legacy, you’re in. But he did say that legacy does not make an application out of nothing. I’m a legacy too, so this is good news :). But for Penn, you would probably be in anyways.</p>
