A tidbit about honors as I got into regular NEU. After the first semester freshman year, you can apply for honors with a 3.6 or higher and you are pretty much guaranteed to get in. I had a 3.6+ but chose not to. Honors classes are not any different than regular classes with the exception of honors only classes(which you can take if you talk to the professor anyways, for instance I am in the honors capstone class for business, I do have a 3.8 GPA so that was important).

So the only benefit you get is honors dorms, which actually is mainly IV which anyone can live in so nothing too special there, it used to be West Village F which was honors exclusive and that was actually special.

With regards to your chances, I’d say 99% in NEU, 50% in honors.
