As others have said, double check your UC GPA. Calculate both the weighted and capped UC GPA and the fully weighted UC GPA.
Also why the UCs, and are you planning to apply to all of them?
If you are interested in BME, why not consider Hopkins?
I feel like you need to have a better/more reasoned selection of non-ED schools to back up your ED application.
