Good for you, it sounds like you’re making the most of your time at UF. It’s hard to make a prediction about your chances of transferring to Yale because it is EXTREMELY difficult (not to discourage you). The numbers hover at about 20-25 acceptees in a pool of 750-800+ applicants. As an applicant for sophomore standing your high school grades and your SATs will play a greater role than for those applying for junior standing. You should try to get about a 700 for each section of the SATs and maintain a very high gpa. I’d also suggest that you establish strong relationships with professors. These relationships are important for excellent recommendations and possible internships.</p>
