Chance for UMich

I didn’t know, so I kept my response non-specific to your situation.

I tabulated much of the results from the UMich RD process here on this site, which included deferred EA applicants. The two INSTATE and ACCEPTED examples from the Class of 2023 pulled from this site, which admittedly, the students/parents of students here probably skew higher than the entire UMich applicant pool:

Example 1: LSA with an uwGPA 3.9 and ACT score of 28.

Example 2: LSA with an uwGPA 3.7 and ACT score of 32.

These 2 examples were the lowest uwGPA and lowest ACT score posted here on this site for accepted instate applicants. Again, the caveats are this site provides just a tiny sample size of the 15,000 accepted students and 65,000 applications and a sample size that includes students and parents of students with stats that skew high. Also, we don’t see the entire application with essays and EC’s.
