I think you have a great shot at USC (my family member is a professor there!). Yes, your GPA is a bit of a disadvantage for Cornell/Stanford (if you’re still applying) BUT upward trends are great and your ECs show a great deal that (I think) makes up for your GPA in 9th grade. The strongest part of your application is how you started/founded many organizations, that’s what colleges like to see, so hopefully you capitalized on that! Good luck!!
