With 501(c)(3) status, bylaws, and a board of directors? Who sits on your board and how are they elected? Did you have assistance in filing your tax exempt status with the IRS or did you do this independently? Is your funding model sustainable past your tenure (ie after you do to college)?

Looking at Liberal arts, No Geographic preference. I am male and a US citizen. 3.5 does include the core courses and do not have any budget constraints
