I wouldn’t list your ECs this way.
First, the service trip to Belize should not be listed first -it’s kind of a red flag since you’re not trained yet and you don’t volunteer near home at a medical facility, so basically… you went to Belize. Cool for you. (I KNOW this is harsh but that’s how most adcoms will read this). If you went without parents, if you raised the money to go yourself, if you weren’t in a hotel but camping rough or living in the neighborhood wher you volunteered it’d tangentially have a bit more value if grouped with 6&7 or with 4.

2&3 should be first or second, with details about what you actually did, level of responsibility, etc.
8 should be 3rd.

4&9 benefit from being near each other.

5, 10 should be at the end.
