Have you run the NPC on the colleges on your list?
I second the idea of looking at the top Canadian universities for topnotch safeties: McGill & Concordia in Montréal, UToronto and another (Dalhousie? Mount Allison? If you want “less obvious” choices.)
Michigan State would probably offer Honors&perks.
And UMICH is a good match too.
After that, you can have as many reaches as you can afford to pay the fee for 
Note that premed is not a major. You should have a traditional major AND complete all premed pre-reqs AND get As.
