<p>Sorry, I don’t think you can overcome that ACT without being a recruited football player. Everything else looks really good, and you otherwise seem to be a nearly perfect candidate, so maybe that combined with being Hispanic (I don’t know how much of a hook that is) could do something, but I wouldn’t count on it. Admissions is really difficult.</p>
