TRANSFER APPLICATION CHECKLIST
Please submit these items by February 1. Refer to the USC Supplemental Application for more information and detailed instructions.</p>

<p>Submit these items:

• Official final high school transcript with date of graduation.
• All official college transcripts.
• Letter(s) of recommendation. <a href=“Optional,%20although%20may%20be%20required%20for%20some%20majors.”>u</a>
• Additional materials if required by major. (Refer to the USC Supplemental Application for more information.)

  Transfer applicants are not required to submit the School Report nor the College Report.

<p>Check with your daughter’s school/major to see if recommendations are required. If they are, or if she has a good recommendation that she wants to submit, it is not too late to do so.</p>
