<p>Forget it. Any American college is a crapshoot as far international students who need aid are concerned. If the school is need-blind it will likely be extremely popular among domestic and international students alike, driving selectivity down to the single digits for everyone. If the school is need-aware, there is usually less money earmarked for internationals. Result: as far as selectivity is concerned, you might as well be applying to Yale. </p>
<p>All three top LACs you’re considering for ED - Oberlin, Middlebury and Wesleyan - are need-aware for internationals and I’ll wager your chances for admission are about the same for all three. Go with fit and hope for the best.</p>
