Chance Me: BU (ED), Northeastern, Emory, UNC, UVA, UChicago for Human Physiology/Kinesiology [NJ, Rank 4/192, 3.948 UW, Athlete]

No it can’t. You need to know up front the budget.

You are a great student but TO is, in this day and age, a bit of a black eye at some schools. Need aware will be at others. So it’s hard to know.

You do need a budget though - and run the NPC at meets need schools. Don’t trust the income and price thing because they all have disclaimers - they include assets too. If you have too many assets, the price goes up.

An acceptance you can’t afford is useless - so figure out a budget and make sure you apply to schools that will or at least can achieve that budget.’

Given less than half of BU enroll TO, you might have a chance.

it will depend on how much need you have. Barely 40% of kids get need aid - so must are full pay - and I from those I know who attended who received need aid, all but 1 (which isn’t that many) - 3/4 - were minorities.

From EA, Rutgers and UMass are where you’d get into. I can’t imagine UVA and unlikely NEU.

From your RD, Uconn (but can you afford or why apply), Fordham and Kean.

Congrats on Pitt - if you can afford it.

I don’t see Emory happening - a much higher test submitted percentage and they are need aware. And like BU, it’s also a rich kid’s school.

But I suspect you’ll get into Rutgers for in -state.

And I wish you luck.

Figure out your budget - before you make decisions and let’s find schools to fit that budget. Not knowing the budget makes things difficult.
