It’s hard to predict the impact of test optional at some schools. Generally, one should apply test optional if their test score is below the 25%ile of admitted students (ok to use enrolled student data if that’s all that’s available). Some suggest applying test optional if the score is below the median score (Tulane AOs directly say this and their median is 32).
