I have come to a different conclusion with percentages and these schools. Take a 3.7 unweighted (fairly difficult schedule), 1400 SAT or test optional applicant. BC/NYU - waitlist (on average) and BU/NU - admit (on average). Of course there are other factors like ED/EA/Major… but all things being equal. With @asdfgabjkl, the private schools relationship and history will drive the admissions decision.
But be assured -
BC/NYU - similar level accepted applicant
BU,NU - similar level level accepted applicant that is slightly lower
Tulane has an “extreme” early strategy. With percentages so high for ED and so low for regular, it is by far the easiest and hardest for admissions… depending how you apply.
