Chance Me ED2

When we went, we spoke to the powers that be (in person) they told us 7 - 14 days after a completed file was received (nothing could be missing) and we got it in 3. It may have to do with our timing, as school was out when we visited and the staff had just returned from vacation. I don’t lie and am offended that you would even suggest such without knowing anything about me. I’ve seen others say they got decisions in a week on prior year EDII feeds, so it is not that unusual. @gatedad101 your daughter likely took so long because they will not go to committee until they receive semester 1 grades. 3 weeks sounds like her school provided them when school got back in session, which would mean her decision was also likely in a week or maybe even less. They have to have 100% of the file before they go to committee inclusive of 1st semester grades and the counselors sign off on the ED agreement. We were lucky as our staff went back several days before the kids did, so when I called on that Monday (January 7th) the counselor immediately FAXed over the ED agreement and sent the grades in the system. We saw on the portal that there was an update around 4pm on that Thursday night. Again, it could have just been perfect timing because most schools don’t get grades in that fast with the break falling like it did, but that is really what occurred.
