The only chance I see here is in the College of General Studies, which is a spring start, with summer session to complete a year’s worth of coursework before sophomore fall. Would you be open to CGS? I agree that an early application would work against you, since you need colleges to see consistency in your improved level of performance. ED2 to CGS would be your best chance. Most students who think Holy Cross would be their happy place don’t feel the same way about BU. Very different environment. But CGS is at least a more intimate experience, with more support, for the first two years.
