The GPA doesn’t seem to be consistent with the SAT score. The colleges listed are mostly reaches for CS because of your GPA. All the ECs in the world wont matter if the GPA is not competitive. There are plenty of applicants with high scores,gpa and great Ecs who get rejected from CS at those schools.
In addition to what was already mentioned, add University of Kansas and Kansas State as possible backups. Good news is that a CS degree from a respectable department plus your own self directed projects in college will land you opportunities.
