I hope I could get opinions from other people too.
@alafae - My country Myanmar as you know is a developing country and we do not have any international awards or competitions here.The awards that I received were usually inter-school and school-related rewards. There is no USAMO or intel or other international awards in Myanmar.
In terms of EC, I forgot to add that I play piano in school events if that would make any difference…

<p>@queserrva I am planning to major in biological science… I know that people who choose science majors are usually top-notch students with all those stellar scores, essays, and EC. But Northwestern is my dream school so I applied there. I have a very low chance of getting in regarding my low SAT 1 score. That’s what I am worried about.</p>
