Your GPA isn’t high enough for direct admission. You will be fine on getting admitted to IU. You can try to petition for direct admission to Kelley.
One warning: can you realistically afford IU out of state tuition? Without knowing the full details on your family size, etc. you should not anticipate much financial aid from IU. It’s unfortunate that your GPA isn’t higher or you would be well qualified for merit scholarships with your SAT. I maybe wrong.
