<p>With that said, being an in-state student (from PA) and white (majority ethnicity) does make it harder to get full tuition, as the UHC tends to favor OOS students, and more minority students for that. SSOE also does not give full-tuition away very easily, as most are alumni-based scholarships and very hard to get (I know mine could only be given to the top of the class of the major). So my main point still stands-- a higher SAT is needed if jsd would like a full-tuition scholarship</p>
