<p>Your GPA is really good but your SAT is too low to get a scholarship from UHC. You want to be at AT LEAST 1400 M+CR, and last year the rumor was that a 1550 M+CR was needed for most people to get a scholarship.</p>
<p>It’s also harder for in-state students to get merit money compared to out of state as you are competing against many more students who apply, and UHC favors diversity.</p>
<p>What major are you applying into? SSOE might give you a $2k or $4k/year book scholarship based on your GPA and Math SAT.</p>
