I would put it as a reach. If you are sure that it is your first choice then certainly apply. However, make sure that you also get applications in to schools where acceptance is more likely.
Of course you can go to law school with a degree from any of a very wide range of undergraduate colleges and universities.
One thing that concerns me a little bit: My understanding is that your undergraduate GPA matters quite a bit when applying to law school. It looks like both your high school GPA and your SAT are a bit below average for incoming freshmen at NYU. This suggests that you will find it competitive in the sense of keeping a high undergraduate GPA.
However, you did mention an uptrend and this is likely to help you in two ways: One is that an uptrend in high school is likely in general to help with university admissions. Probably more importantly, an uptrend in high school and the effort you put in to accomplish this are likely to help you to be prepared to do well after you get to university.
Make sure that you budget for a full 7 years of university.
Have you run the NPC for NYU or are you and your parents fine being full pay (and also okay with the potential cost of law school)?
