Chance me for Pitt Business

Eller is pre business so not direct admit- but at U of Arizona, a 3.0 (assuming you did the required classes) = auto admission to the school.

Culverhouse is a direct admit I believe - and Bama has a 76.% admission rate but over half the kids have a 4.0, per the CDS. That said, the SAT is very good so I’m guessing the student gets in - but it’s not automatic. The rigor is very strong.

We shall see.

But I still wonder if they love Pitt, if it’s the right school.

Good luck.

Pitt does not accept letter of recommendations no?

I have taken
AP Macro - 4
AP Micro - 4
APUSH - 4
AP CSA - 4
AP CSP - 4
AP HUG - 4

Generally true

Letters

The Office of Admissions and Financial Aid does not seek out Letters of Recommendation. We find greater value in hearing from you in your own words on your Personal Statement or your Common App Essay.

This form is available for students who need to provide, or have someone provide on their behalf, additional information due to extenuating circumstances.

So, in your case, you might send a counselor LoR/report.

You’ve taken both micro and macro so you know- presumably- if you’re interested in MORE econ (as a major- deep into theory, highly quantitative) or a generalized interest in business (which is light on theory, not as quantitative, very pragmatic/applied.)

I don’t think the two disciplines are interchangeable. What do you want to study?
