Anyways, I agree with the Ivy League AO concerns. Make sure you have a genuine voice, because it’ll pretty obvious if you’re “writing to impress.” I don’t think my essay was particularly well-written (especially given how much my writing skills have developed in the past few years, though I guess that’s natural), but it had a pretty cohesive narrative that showed off who I was and connected to the various topics I spoke about during my interviews.
