@RMM wrt to my gpa APs/Honors/Academy courses are weighted the same (5 points) at my school and I had all a’s every year except for 2 b’s freshman year, one of which was an honors class - and I mean typical hs in which most students stay in state, kids are actually v involved in things like band and choir (about 1/6 of the students were in the school choir program in a school of 2000) and generally get rlly good grades w/ a decent amount of kids in the honors/AP track
