I don’t mean to sound rude, but boarding school is NOT the “real world”, or at least the real world for 99.9% of the population. And if you are applying for FA, I assume you are in the 99.9%. We are FA. And I do not know anyone who lives like the majority of my kiddo’s friends. From their clothes to trips to homes, and connections etc. It may open doors for you and provide opportunities you never would have had otherwise, but it is far from the “real world”.
