I don’t think a 4.23 get you into Cal Poly CS either, especially considering your 3 year capped and weighted will be lower. The added year dilutes the impact of the weighting.
If you want to apply to Cal Poly, and you absolutely should, you should choose SE. Your odds improve greatly if you live in SLO County or north of Gaviota in SB county.
