The 2021 admit numbers are not yet posted for the UC’s but since they are test blind, your GPA will be heavily weighted and under a 4.0 Capped weighted make most of the UC’s a tough admit. Looking at the UC discussions, many 4.0+ capped weighted GPA applicants had a rough time this year.
You have very good EC’s and your HS course rigor looks competitive. I would really focus on the schools that will consider your excellent SAT score which will help offset your GPA.
UCSD would more of a Low Reach/Reach while UC Davis would be a Target/Low Reach. SLO will be a Low Reach for Business.
I would look a LMU (Loyola Marymount) and Santa Clara in-state for good Business programs. For OOS, I would look at University of Arizona.
