with a 3.8 UCGPA most of the UCs are going to be a reach. UCR is coin-toss and UCM is likely. The rest are really unlikely.
CP SLO is also really unlikely. SDSU, I’d call a coin-toss. The rest of the CSUs are very likely to admit you. Chico, Sonoma and Sac would be good ads to your list.
