Um I am also looking at USC and this thread made me very worried. You seem like a fine candidate? Your SAT is right in the middle of their 50% range, and towards the top of their actual enrollees middle 50. If you are in the top 10% of your class and your essays are strong in explaining how Taekwondo has impacted your life I don’t see why USC would be that big of a reach for you. I wouldn’t bet my life on you getting in but I wouldn’t bet my life against it either.
