<p>You may try to apply as many times as you wish. As far as I know, they won’t have your application on file if you were rejected or rescinded.</p>
<p>If you’re confident you WILL get a 3.34 by the end of your Fall semester, then you will surely have a shot getting into at least one UC. UCs will review the overall GPA you get after the Fall semester, regardless of when the deadline for the application is. They will require you to send in your Fall semester grades sometime in January and then review the actual application in February or March.</p>
