from my experience it looks like Berkeley, MIT, and U Chicago with be reaches for sure. I think you may have a shot at UM but they are super random about who they accept especially from my area (suburbs of chicago). One student who got into northwestern and wash u and Uchicago did not get into UM, but another student got in and was choosing between UM and UW madison. I think MSU is definitely a safety as it looks like, you know that based on your list. I think you may have a shot at UCLA but getting those test scores up will be a big thing.
