Hi, you have definitely gotten your foot in the door with your GPA. However, your SAT is below average for USC so I am not sure how likely you are to get any merit scholarships. You have a lot of AP classes and you seem to have done well in them so that bodes well for you. You also have an impressive set of ECs and seem to have a great essay which will definitely help. I don’t think your low(er) SAT score will hurt you much so I think you’ll get a fair read for USC and have a decent chance of getting in. I would recommend trying to take the SAT once more to get above their 1450 average benchmark just to increase your chance even further. As far as merit scholarships, they are very selective and offer very few and so increasing your SAT will help with that. Keep up the good work and good luck in your studies and application process!
