It looks like roughly $76K per year for LSA, see this page. That $76K includes reasonable estimates for your travel costs to/from AZ a few times a year and incidentals. Note this $76K is for 2023-24. For next year, plan on a 5% increase.
I would send your test score for two reasons 1) Mich prefers tests and 2) you are URM.
I do not think you will have your SAT test score by Nov 15, the deadline for reporting a new test score. You could send your test score directly via free score send, but obviously that carries some risk…and still not sure the Nov 4 test will make it by Nov 15.
