I think some people early on were a tad harsh. First of all, you are compared to the rest of the students in YOUR class. So at a school where your GPA makes you valedictorian, I am assuming that the average SAT is below the national mean. Therefore, a 2120 is absolutely outstanding. At a socioeconomically disadvantaged school, you did your best and surpassed the rest of your class. I would rank your chances as follows:

CMU: High Match
UT Austin: Match
UCLA, UC Berkeley: Match
UCD, UCSD: Low Match
UCI: Safety
Cal Poly Pomona: Safety
Georgia Tech: Match
UWash: Safety
CalTech, Stanford, MIT: High reach, just like they are for pretty much everyone else.
