<p>Everything but your SAT CR and W, your Chem SAT2 and your ACT are strong.<br>
If you think you can get a higher ACT (which I suspect you can) or can improve the SAT CR score, you should give that a shot.
But you should definitely apply, irrespective of whether you raise those scores. Write compelling essays and see what happens.
