The UCs are $75,000 a year or so for OOS students.
There are some colleges approaching $100,000 a year for undergrad, but I don’t know any that are actually there….yet!
The cost of attendance for every college is on their website…and is easy to find.
If your family can pay $100,000 a year, then finances are not an issue for you.
