With only about 2k undergrads you might think that it’d be too small, but it’s part of the Colleges of the Fenway consortium which allows students to take classes at the other area universities, participate in clubs and sports with folks from the other universities, etc. Its location might also be very appealing. From my understanding, it’s a well-defined campus, not like a GW urban campus.
