Your profile matches what they want except for test scores - do bring that test score up (are you using Khan Academy review?) It’s good you’re taking dual enrollment Econ next year because Micro/Macro are required and with a minimum grade for PR/Advertising; keeping in mind 102 (Micro Econ) is weed out and quantitative, MAKE SURE your DE classes transfer to Penn State.

Run the NPC on Towson, U Southern Maine, SUNY Oswego, SUNY Oneonta. You could always try for SUNY Albany, too.
