Chance me (NC, International Relations, white girl) for Ivies, DC schools, Northeast T50s

Since you DO have Columbia University on your list, you could double your chances by also applying at their Barnard College, which has its own admissions process and criteria. Classes, facilities and faculty are shared among CU undergraduates and are co-ed - except (mostly) first year dorms.

They do offer a 4+1 program that results in a Masters:

Unfortunately, the average 8% admission rate translates into 2.5% for RD, but >25% for ED.
