So you are currently a college student enrolled at Mary Baldwin and will have a 60 semester/90 quarter units completed by end of Spring 2022? Will you also meet the UCSD course requirements for transfer? Be aware that UCSD does not have an articulation agreement with OOS universities, so some courses may not transfer to meet the minimum transfer requirements.

You get low priority for the UC’s as a transfer from OOS even if you are a CA resident.
All UC’s and Cal states do not require a HS transcripts to apply if you are a Junior level transfer so if you get in-state tuition, then it might be worth applying to a few more UC’s or CSU’s besides UCSD. However, the UC’s and CSU’s can ask for HS transcripts and proof of graduation or GED so be prepared.
