<p>Why are you taking Literature if your CR is 580? I’d say retake the SAT I, unless you can take 2 SAT II’s and score very highly on them.
It’s really hard to chance with only scores, though.</p>

<p>Your SAT is a little on the low side for NYU’s average, but that’s why they are averages and not set values. If you’re essays and ECs are good then I believe you have a decent shot. Chance me back!</p>
